Deputies apprehend suspects in breaking and entering

After responding to a breaking and entering in progress in the Linwood area, officers with the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office apprehended three suspects after a pursuit on Interstate 85.

According to a press release, deputies on March 11 responded to a report that two black men and a black woman in a grey SUV had broken into a home on Jersey Church Road and were still inside.

When deputies responded, the SUV headed southbound Interstate 85 toward Rowan County line. Near N.C. Hwy. 150 South, the two black men jumped out of the SUV and fled on foot into the woods. The men were apprehended a short time later.

The SUV continued southbound and came to a stop in the center divide of the Yadkin River bridge. The black woman exited the vehicle and fled on foot. She was apprehended a short distance away.

Property reported stolen was found inside the suspect vehicle.

The following people were charged:

Jarmarphio Shantez Moose, 30, of 110 Ashmont Drive, Kannapolis, was charged with breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering, larceny of a firearm and possession of a firearm by a felon. He was issued a $150,000 secured bond with a court date of March 25.

Tracy Dewayne Andrews Jr., of 7135 Albermarle Road, Charlotte, was charged with breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering, larceny of a firearm and possession of a firearm by a felon. He was issued a $150,000 secured bond with a court date of March 25.

Shamika Chantay Clinkscale, 2715 White Oak Lane, Kannapolis, was charged with breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering and larceny of a firearm. She was issued a secured bond of $150,000 with a court date of March 25.
