Having an issue seeing our eEdition?

To provide our users with the best online eEdition possible, we have partnered with Presteligence. Presteligence's MyNewsOnTheGo will load more quickly and has many more functions than our previous program.

We have developed a way to make the new eEdition work without creating addition logins and passwords for our users, but not all browsers will send the required information to validate our subscribers' information for the new system.

Below are a few things you can do to resolve these issue:

- To take full advantage of all the new features, we recommend using Mozilla Firefox as your browser. Mozilla is a free third-party browser that works on Macs and PC. You can download it at www.mozilla.com/en-US/products/download.html

- You can use IE if you add "http://www.mynewsonthego.com" as a trusted site. Go into the "Internet options" screen under your "tools" menu. Once in the Internet options screen, click on the "security" tab, then on the "trusted sites" icon. Finally, click on the "sites" tab and add "http://www.mynewsonthego.com". (You may need to uncheck the "require server verification" box before it will let you add it.)

- If you are using Safari, you need to confirm that your browser is set up to accept cookie under your preference/security screen. You can either allow all cookies or set it to "only from the sites I visit". If you only allow from the site you visit, you must click on the link for first time Safari users link before it will work. (After doing it, you should not have to click this link again unless you clear your cookies.)

- Sorry, but Smartphones are current not supported. Depending on your phone's operating system, it might work. However, we just can't support them at this time.
