THOMASVILLE — Ronald Wayne Baker Sr., 62, died Tuesday, April 22, 2014.
The funeral service was held Friday, April 25, at Kennedy Road Baptist Church. Burial followrf in Holly Hill Memorial Park Cemetery. J.C. Green & Sons Funeral Home in Thomasville assisted the family.
THOMASVILLE — Ronald Dean Daniels, 57, died Thursday, April 24, 2014.
A graveside service will be held 3 p.m. Sunday, April 27, in Holly Hill Memorial Park Cemetery. J.C. Greens & Sons Funeral Home is serving the family.

THOMASVILLE — Mrs. Bobbie Lee Briggs Tolson Kennedy, 84, a resident of Piedmont Crossing, passed away Tuesday, April 22, 2014 at the Henry Etta and Bruce Hinkle Hospice Home.
A resident of this area all of her life, Mrs. Kennedy was born on September 26, 1929 in Guilford County to the late Kenneth and Virgie Younts Briggs. She was of the Baptist faith and a member of Gospel Baptist Church in Sophia. For many years, she had worked as a Chief Operator for the Northstate Telephone Company. Mrs. Kennedy especially enjoyed gardening, traveling to the beach, and collecting seashells.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, George Robert Tolson, and an infant daughter, Georgia Lee Tolson.
Surviving are her husband, Herbert Kennedy of Thomasville; sons, Michael Tolson and his wife Rachel of Thomasville and Kevin Tolson and his wife Laura of Thomasville; grandchildren, Bryan Tolson, Adam Ward, Jordan Tolson, and Masan Tolson; great grandchildren, Simone Tolson, Christian Tolson, Perry Tolson, and Ben Ward; and her sister, Lynda Huffines and her husband Robert of Trinity.
A celebration of Mrs. Kennedy’s life will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in the chapel of Thomasville Funeral Home, 18 Randolph Street, with the Rev. Steve Jarvis officiating. Inurnment will follow in Holly Hill Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

A graveside inurnment service will be held 11 a.m. today (April 26) at the Denton Town Cemetery. The family will greet friends immediately following the graveside service. Briggs Funeral Home in Denton is serving the family.

DENTON — Betty Louise Wynne Woodlief, 76, died Sunday, April 20, 2014, at Novant Health Thomasville Medical Center.
The graveside service was held Thursday, April 24, at Mountain View Memorial Gardens. Briggs Funeral Home in Denton assisted the family.
