LEXINGTON — Willie Ruth Hill Byerly, 92, of Carolina House in Lexington, died Friday, Dec. 7, 2012, at Lexington Memorial Hospital. A graveside service was held on Sunday, Dec. 9, at Holly Hill Memorial Park. J. C. Green and Sons assisted the family.
WINSTON-SALEM — Stevie “Steve” Joe Hedrick died Thursday, Dec. 6, 2012, at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice House.
A funeral service was held Monday, Dec. 10, at Maple Grove Church of the Brethen. Davidson Funeral Home in Winston-Salem served the family.

THOMASVILLE — Stewart Collins (Junior) Kincaid Jr. 42, died Friday, Nov. 30, 2012. A memorial service will be held 5 p.m. today (Dec. 11) at The Whirlwind on Cedar Lodge Road in Thomasville. J.C. Green and Sons is assisting the family.
THOMASVILLE — Mrs. Emma Jane Leonard Lee, 82 of Boggs Road. went home to be with her Lord Sunday, December 9, 2012 at her home.
Mrs. Lee was born November 2, 1930 in Davidson County a daughter of the late Edward W. Leonard and Lula Bell Beck Leonard. She was retired from Thomasville High School Cafeteria and was of the Baptist faith.
Surviving are her husband Thomas M. Lee of the home; two daughters, Tammy L. Ball and husband Wayne of Thomasville and Marilyn L. Lonergan and husband John of Whitsell, NC; two sisters, Dora Miller and Mary Desse Hicks and husband T.J both of Thomasville; a grandson, Timothy Draughn and wife Ariana Guarino of Eden Praire, Minnesota; and a great-grandson, Liam Guarino-Draughn.
A graveside service for Mrs. Lee will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, December 12, 2012, at Victory Baptist Church Cemetery 280 Clodfelter Road, with the Rev. Bobby Beck officiating. Mrs. Lee will remain at the J.C. Green & Sons Funeral Home 122 W. Main St. Thomasville and the family will be at the funeral home from 6 to 8 p.m. today (Dec. 11) and other times at the home. Memorials may be directed to Hospice of Davidson County 200 Hospice Way Lexington, North Carolina 27292.

THOMASVILLE — Robert Lester Lee Jr, .62, died Saturday, Dec. 8, 2012 at Forsyth Medical Center.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today (Dec. 11) at Thomasville Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday Dec. 12, at the funeral home chapel.

Cremation Services were entrusted to Triad Cremation Society & Chapel in Greensboro.
HIGH POINT — Robert Harold Voyles, 92, died Saturday, Dec. 8, 2012.
The funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday Dec. 12, in the J.C. Green & Sons Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Holly Hill Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will be at the funeral home from 6 to 8 p.m. today (Dec. 11).
LEXINGTON — Elsie Mize Wray, age 82, of Mize Road, Lexington passed away Saturday morning, December 8, 2012, at her residence.
The funeral service will be 3 p.m. Wednesday. December 12, at First Lutheran Church with the Rev. Matthew L. Miller officiating. Burial will follow at Holly Grove Lutheran Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends in the church Family Life Center from 1 to 3 p.m. prior to the service.
Elsie was born in Davidson County June 27, 1930, to William James Mize and Bessie Grubb Mize.
She was an active member of First Lutheran Church, member of Mary Circle, Senior Ministry and Altar Guild. She retired as a supervisor for Kayby Hosiery in Thomasville after 26 years of service and later worked part-time with Your Pharmacy of Lexington.
She was preceded in death by her husband Howard (Gene) Wray in 1992; daughter, Donna Lynn Wray in 1955; sisters, Estelle Parks, Nora Hege and Kathleen Pickett; brothers, Bill, Irvin, Fred (Pete) and Lee Mize.
She is survived by her daughter, Michelle Wray-Norman and husband Michael of Lexington; two sons, Greg Wray and wife Phyllis of Lexington and Sam Saunders and wife Robin of Fincastle, Va.; three grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; sisters, Mildred Koontz and husband Carl and Ethel Leatherman all of Lexington.
