James Donald Wallace
06/19/1934 – 11/30/2012
Jim was all about the gift of love and mercy
Whether he was donating funds
to fellow missionaries,
children or grandchildren.
Mercy made the many trips
with food for the starving children in Haiti.
Or to sending young Christian people to
schools of business and medicine in the Caribbean.
“Broken Bread and poured out wine.”
Everything God gave Jim
he poured out for others.
His love of fellowship was
best expressed with the men
he called his brothers.
“Fishers of the sea; fishers of men.”
Jim’s children, grandchildren and
great grandchildren knew him as
“Pop, Dad, Grandpa and Poppy.”
He was always there for them
giving his special gifts of love and mercy.
His sense of humor was often dry.
Always with a twist of “gotcha!”
Jim laughed at himself while telling
everyone he knew “The Best Way”
Jim was my husband of 55 years-
my best friend
my missionary partner
supporter of my passions.
He loved to entertain family and friends.
He gathered all into his heat
and loved unconditionally.
God bless and keep you, Jim Wallace.
