Barbara L. Cliett

THOMASVILLE — Ms. Barbara L. Cliett, 26, passed away unexpectedly Friday, August 16, 2013, at Thomasville Medical Center.

Barbara was born in High Point, June 22, 1987, a daughter of Jacob and Sandra White Cliett. She loved her family and friends, her kitties and cooking.

Surviving are her fiancée, Brian Wheeler; her mother, Sandra Cliett; two sisters, Jackie Cliett, Christina Hughes and husband Lee; three brothers, Anthony Cliett and wife Brandy, John and Dustin Cliett; future in-laws, Joe and Roxie Wheeler; five nieces and two nephews.

A gathering of family and friends will be held Saturday, September 7 from 1 to 4 p.m. at the home of Mark and Paula Okken. Memorials may be directed to the Kidney Foundation or the Humane Society.

Floyd Greene

LEXINGTON — Floyd Lee Greene, 66, died Friday, Aug. 16, 2013, at Lexington Medical Center.

The funeral service will be 2 p.m. today(Aug. 21) at Davidson Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Forest Hill Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 12:30 until 1:30 pm prior to the service and at other times at the home.

 

Bobby Kirk

LEXINGTON — Bobby Lee Kirk, 79, died Friday, Aug. 16, 2013.

A funeral service will be 11 a.m. today (Aug. 21)  at Becks Lutheran Church in Lexington. Davidson Funeral Home is serving the family.

 

Vincent Tosco Jr.

LEXINGTON — Vincent James Tosco Jr., 78,  died Sunday Aug. 18, 2013, at Wake Forest Baptist Hospital.

A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. today (Aug. 21) at First Baptist Church of Lexington. The family will receive friends in the church fellowship hall following the service.

Davidson Funeral Home is serving the family.

 

Clarence Trotter

THOMASVILLE — Clarence Edward Trotter, 77, died Saturday, Aug. 17, 2013, in Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center.

A graveside service will be conducted 10 a.m. today (Aug. 21)  in the National Cemetery in Salisbury with full military honors.

A formal visitation will not be held.  J.C. Green & Sons Inc. is serving the family.
