THOMASVILLE — Bobby Ray Adams, 56, died Thursday, Dec. 13, 2012 at his home.
The funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. today (Dec. 15) at J.C. Green & Sons Chapel in Thomasville. Burial will be in Holly Hill Memorial Park Cemetery.
LEXINGTON — Robert Clinton “RC” Bull, 77, died Wednesday, Dec. 12, 2012, at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem.
The funeral will be 11 a.m. today (Dec. 15) at Davidson Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Forest Hill Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 10 to 11 a.m. at the funeral home and other times at the home of his daughter on Avalon Drive.
Tami Sue Harris
THOMASVILLE — Tami Sue Harris, 51, died Monday, Dec. 10, 2012 at her home.
A private service will be held at a later date. Professional services were provided by Prominence Funeral Home, Thomasville.
NEW LONDON — Sybil Crotts Jermane, 89, died Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2012, at The Lutheran Home in Albemarle.
A graveside service was held Thursday, Dec. 13, at Taylors Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. Briggs Funeral Home in Denton assisted the family.
Raymond Proctor, Sr. (w/mug)
TRINITY — Mr. Raymond Clay Proctor, Sr., 78, a resident of 3689 Habitat Drive Ext. died Thursday, December 13, 2012 at his home.
He was born on April 21, 1934, in Davidson County to James Raymond Proctor and Amanda Louise Brown Proctor. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a wife, Helen Henderson Proctor in February 1997; a son, Ronald Pace; two brothers, Colon and Nolan Proctor; and a sister, Leyra Wall.
He married Betty Jane Hutson West, who survives of the home. Also surviving are sons, Furman (Skeet) Pace and wife Gail of Reidsville, Steven G. Pace and wife Lynn of High Point, Raymond Proctor, Jr. and wife Angela of Walnut Cove, and Gary Wayne Proctor and wife Joella of Trinity; daughters, Libby Culbreth and husband H.L. of Kernersville, Kathy P. Bowen and husband Michael of Arcadia, Carol Tynch and husband Aubrey of Edenton, Tanyia Williams and husband Richard of Orange Park, Fla., and Cindi Lawson and husband Jimmy of High Point; brothers, Robert Proctor of Winston-Salem, Doug Proctor of Oklahoma, and Henry Proctor of Thomasville; sisters, Linda Marsh of Thomasville and Colleen Prayter of Silver Valley; 31 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great-grandchildren; and his beloved canine companion, Sheba.
A funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, December 16, 2012, at the J.C. Green & Sons Funeral Home Chapel in Thomasville with the Rev. Ron Haines and the Rev. Dalton King officiating. Interment will follow in Floral Garden Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will be at the funeral home from 6 to 8 p.m. today (Dec. 15) and at the home other times.
