The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Feb.19, at Bethesda United Methodist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Davidson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
THOMASVILLE — Doris Loretta Hunt Hughes, 78, died Saturday, Feb 15, 2014 at Wesley Long Hospital in Greensboro.
The funeral service will be conducted 11 a.m. Wednesday, Feb 19, at The Love of God Baptist Church. Interment will follow in Holly Hill Memorial Park Cemetery.
The family will greet friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 18, at the J. C. Green & Sons Funeral Home in Thomasville.
LEXINGTON — Ruby Mae Lohr McCarn, 91, died Monday, Feb. 17, 2014, at Carolina House.
A memorial graveside service will be at noon Saturday, Feb. 22, at Linwood United Methodist Church. Davidson Funeral Home is serving the family.

A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 21, at Mt. Zion United Methodist Church Cemetery in Trinity.
