LEXINGTON — Hazel Everhart Campbell, 83, died Thursday, Dec. 20, 2012.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 28 at Forest Hill Memorial Park Mausoleum conducted by Rev. Sarah Snell.
The family will see friends from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Friday at Davidson Funeral Home in Lexington.
THOMASVILLE – Herman “Clyde” Crook, also know as “Pop”, 80, of Thomasville, died Sunday, Dec. 23, 2012.
The family will receive friends from noon to 2 p.m. today (Dec. 27) at Thomasville Funeral Home. A celebration of life service will follow at 2 p.m. Internment will follow at Holly Hill Memorial Park.
Annie Myrtle Everhart
LEXINGTON - Annie Myrtle Berrier Everhart, 88, died Monday, Dec. 24, 2012, in Lexington Health Care.
The graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. today (Dec. 27) at Forest Hill Memorial Park. Davidson Funeral Home in Lexington is serving the family.
LEXINGTON — Doris Lou Byerly Everhart, 74, died Saturday, Dec. 22, 2012, at Wake Forest Baptist Health, Lexington Medical Center.
The funeral was Wednesday, Dec. 26, at Grace Missionary Alliance Church. Burial followed in the church cemetery. Davidson Funeral Home assisted the family.
RURAL HALL — Jackie Dean Craver Lopez, 68, of Rural Hall, North Carolina passed away peacefully on December 22, 2012, in Forsyth Medical in Winston-Salem.
She was born in Davidson County on October 20, 1944, to parents Jack Craver and Bernice Stroud Craver.
She leaves her love to her husband of 45 years, Robert Lopez of the home; her son, Kevin Lopez; her granddaughter, KayLeigh Lopez of Hillsborough; her sisters, Carolyn Craver of High Point and Peggy Bourbonais of Thomasville; her brothers, Jimmie Craver and wife Doris and Bobby Craver and wife Billie of High Point and Jerry Craver of Winston-Salem.
She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Vickie.
Jackie graduated from Ledford High School and Bowman-Gray School of Inhalation Therapy. She was employed in the emergency room at the former High Point Memorial Hospital. She continued her career at what is now Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, as Supervisor of Respiratory Therapy in the Intensive Care Unit and as Clinical Instructor. After twelve years at Wake Forest, Jackie accepted employment at Humana Hospital, now Moses Cone Health System – The Women’s Hospital of Greensboro. She served as Supervisor of the Respiratory Therapy Department, as In-Service Coordinator and as Clinical Instructor for the department staff, students and new orientees. She remained employed at Humana Hospital until her retirement.
Jackie’s hobbies included reading and traveling extensively with family and friends over her lifetime. Her favorite vacation spots were Paris and Hawaii and she also traveled to London, Spain, Acapulco, San Juan, and Virgin Islands.
Jackie’s intense love for animals was displayed throughout her life. She will be greatly missed by her little Bichon Frise, Princess Daisy.
The family wishes to thank the staff at Forsyth Medical Center for the exceptional care and compassion that Jackie received.
At her request, there will be no service.

THOMASVILLE — Sandra Jane Hedrick Marlow, 57, of 404 Morton St. died Dec. 20, 2012, at Hinkle Hospice House in Lexington.
She was born June 18, 1955, in Thomasville, a daughter of C. Austin and Zelma Hedrick. She was a resident of this area all her life. She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church.
Surviving are a daughter, Rachel A. Jolly; a son-in-law, M. Steven Jolly; a granddaughter, Solaris Moon Jolly, all of Lexington; and brothers, George W. Hedrick and Robert S. Hedrick, both of Raleigh.
There will be an informal gathering with the family in the lobby of Grace Lutheran Church from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, December 29.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Hospice of Davidson County, Attn. Development Office, 200 Hospice Lane, Lexington, NC 27292.
THOMASVILLE — Clayton Roe Sink 90, died Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2012, at Lexington Heath Care Center.
The funeral service will be 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 28, at Fairgrove United Methodist Church in Thomasville. Burial will follow in Fairgrove United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today (Dec. 27) at J. C. Green and Sons Funeral Home.
SOPHIA — Mary Grace Small Wall, 90, died Sunday, Dec. 23, 2012 at High Point Regional Hospital.
The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. today (De. 27) at Sophia Baptist Church.
