Her love and devotion to her family was immeasurable. Family meant everything to her right down to the in-laws that she treated just as her own. She was of the Baptist faith and was a homemaker. After her retirement as a seamstress, another of her passions emerged in the way of traveling. Cruising was something that she was fond of and her favorite destinations included but were not limited to Aruba, Jamaica, the Bahamas, and all parts of the Caribbean. These are just a few of the journeys she and her family ventured on. She has embarked on her greatest journey yet.
She will be terribly missed by all who knew and loved her. She will forever be in our hearts, souls, and thoughts. There will be an incredible void that can never be filled by her absence.
The family would like to extend their heart-felt gratitude to all of the special friends for all of the outpouring of love and support too numerous to name. The cards and phone calls meant everything to Mom, as well as the rest of the family.
