Hazel Boles
THOMASVILLE — Hazel Boles, 84,  died Saturay, Dec. 7, 2013, at Pine Ridge Health and Rehabilitation Center.
The funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 11, at Hillside Park Baptist Church, 7593 E. Holly Grove Road in Thomasville.  Prior to the service, visitation will be held at the church from noon to 2 p.m.  Interment will follow at Holly Hill Memorial Park Cemetery. Thomasville Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

 

Nellie Burrow
THOMASVILLE — Nellie Birdean Higdon Burrow, 84,died Saturday, Dec. 7, 2013 at the Brian Center of Lexington.
The funeral service will be conducted 11 a.m. Tuesday, Dec.10, in the Love of God Baptist Church. Interment will be in Zion United Church of Christ Cemetery. J.C. Green & Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

 

Bruce Davis
LEXINGTON — Bruce Dariel Davis, 87, died Sunday, Dec. 8, 2013, at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center.
The funeral will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 11,  at Memorial United Church of Christ. Burial with military graveside rites will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 10,  at Davidson Funeral Home.

 

Robert Hagee
THOMASVILLE — Robert Clyde Hagee, 83, died Monday, Dec. 9, 2013 at Thomasville Medical Center.
The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 12 in J. C. Green and Sons Chapel in Thomasville.  The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m.  prior to the service.  Interment will follow the service in Holly Hill Memorial Park.   


‘Louie’ Wray Jr.
THOMASVILLE  —  Richard Lewis (Louie) Wray Jr., 53, a resident of 188 Wray Acres
Lane passed away Wednesday, Dec. 4, 2013 at the Hinkle Hospice House.
He was born April 5, 1960, in Davidson County, a son of Richard Lewis Wray Sr. and Earlene Cody Wray.
He was formerly employed as a truck driver with Coastal Transport, Inc.  and as a butcher with Just Save in Lexington. He was a member of Liberty  Baptist Church and the Men’s Brotherhood. He also is a member of the NRA.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Earlene Cody Wray.
He  was married Oct. 12, 1985, to Sandra “Kay” Sessoms Wray, who survives of the
home. Also surviving are his father, Richard Lewis Wray Sr. of  Thomasville; two daughters, Alannah Wray of Boone, and Jenny Ball and husband Shane of Lexington; two brothers, Ronald Wray and Buddy Wray and wife Tammy, all of Thomasville; two granddaughters, Alyssa Ball and Rylie Ball, both of Lexington.
A memorial service will be conducted 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 15, at Liberty Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Hinkle Hospice House, 202 Hospice Way, Lexington NC 27292.
After the service friends and family are invited to visit at Liberty Baptist Church Fellowship Hall.
