Praize Kraze starts Feb. 6

Jenny Hicks will launch a new effort, "Praize Kraze,"  at 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 6, at Mt. Zion Wesleyan Church, 222 Mt. Zion Church Road in Thomasville.

The free classes will be held in Thomasville and Asheboro.

• 9 a.m. Tuesdays at Mt. Zion Wesleyan Church in Thomasville.

• 9 a.m. Thursdays at Mt. Zion Wesleyan Church in Thomasville.

• 7 p.m. Thursdays at Mt Zion Wesleyan Church in Thomasville.

Classes also are held at 7:30 p.m. Mondays, 7 p.m. Tuesdays, and 5 p.m. Wednesdays at MLH Studio of Production Arts at 1520 A East Dixie Drive.

Although there is no fee, donations will be accepted.

Praize Kraze is a Christ-centered group fitness and exercise class that combines aerobics, toning and card. the high-energy workout burns calories and is perfect for all ages, said Hicks.

Hicks is a Praize Kraze licensed instructor.

"The program is gaining the attention of faith-based communities nationwide, "she added. "This is not your normal exercise class. It's for the entire family and people of all ages.

"It's exercise and worship combined into one amazing experience."
