Women face drug charges

Deputies seize oxycodone pills

The Davidson County Sheriff’s Office Vice and Narcotics Unit arrested two Lexington women June 4 in connection to the sale of oxycodone pills.
According to a press release, detectives seized nine pills from two suspects.
Tona Salmon, 51, of 115 Arbor Drive, and Candice Harrison, 41, of 113 J. R. Lambert Road, were arrested in connection to a drug investigation at 140 Forrest Hill Road in Lexington.
Salmon was charged with sale and/or delivery of a schedule II drug and possession of drug paraphernalia. Salmon received a $5,000 unsecured bond.
Harrison was charged with possession of a schedule II drug and possession of drug paraphernalia. Harrison received a $1,500 unsecured bond.
