Winston-Salem men face multiple larceny charges
Deputies with the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop Sept. 11 on a vehicle on Hickory Tree Road in the Midway Community.
According to a press release, the traffic stop was initiated because a BOLO (be on the lookout) had been issued because of a burglary that had just occurred in Forsyth County.
Deputies recovered two stolen firearms and electronics.
Arrested in conjunction with the report were three Winston-Salem men:
• Brandon Dean Moore, 25, of 175 Oaks Ct.,
• Corey Bryan Dowell, 25, of 903 Palmer Lane.
• Eric Dale Nunnery, 23, of 1034 Bank St.
Deputies allege that the three suspects were connected to several breaking and entering into motor vehicle reports in the Friendship –Ledford Road area.
Each suspect was charged with three counts of breaking and entering to a motor vehicle, two counts of larceny after breaking and entering, breaking and entering, possession of a firearm by felon, possession of a stolen firearm, attempted larceny and possession of stolen property.
In addition, deputies served warrants obtained by the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office. Each suspect is charged with first degree burglary, larceny of a firearm and larceny after breaking and entering.
Moore, Dowell, and Nunnery each received a combined total of $200,000 secured bond and was placed in the Davidson County Detention Center. The court date for Davidson County charges is Oct. 8.
