More than $38,000 of stolen jewelry found pawned
A complaint concerning the larceny of $38,945 dollars worth of jewelry has been withdrawn by the complainant, said the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office in a press release.
On Wednesday, March 26, the complainant, not identified in the press release, said a series of larcenies occurred between November 2013 and March at 2726 Gumtree Road in Lexington.
Pawn records obtained by the Breaking and Entering Task Force indicated that the jewelry was discovered in another jurisdiction. The complainant chose to withdraw the complaint without further investigation.
