Three Lexington people charged in murder

All jailed without bond

The Lexington Police Department, with assistance from the State Bureau of Investigation and the Davidson County District Attorney’s Office, have made arrests in the June 18 murder of Maximino Rubio of 206 Baney Drive.

Three Lexington people were charged in connection with his death —  Derek Oneil Troutman, 32, of 112 Needleworks Lane; Amanda Beth Strack, 24, of 528 Lot 8 Charlotte Drive; and Jerome Stephen Robinson, 29,  of 100 Blossom Circle.

All three have been charged with murder and robbery with a dangerous weapon and have been incarcerated in the Davidson County Jail under no bond.
